Terms of Use

Effective 17 October 2026.

About these terms

GTO Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, provides Holdem Solver and holdemsolver.com. Our registered address is 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These terms cover our website, downloadable software and account services. Please read them before downloading or using Holdem Solver. Contact support@holdemsolver.com with questions.

Study software and eligibility

Holdem Solver is mathematical analytics software for poker study and analysis. Computation runs on your own hardware. It does not accept wagers or operate poker games. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement to use the service.

Free open beta

The current open beta is free, with no payment card required. Features, compatibility and availability may change. Future pricing has not been announced. We will present any paid offer and its terms separately; use of the free beta does not authorize future charges.

Your license and account

Subject to these terms, you may install and use the software for your own lawful study and analysis during the beta. This is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. We and our licensors retain rights in the software; third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses. You retain rights in your own ranges, projects and results. Keep your credentials, verification codes and access tokens private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Permitted use

Follow applicable laws and the rules of any poker platform you use. Do not use the software for prohibited real-time assistance, cheat, access another person’s account, attack the service, bypass access controls, or redistribute the software without permission. These restrictions do not override rights that applicable law gives you.

Local computation and access checks

Solves and project files are stored locally. Internet access is needed for account, authorization and update services. Access checks and supported device limits may apply. You are responsible for suitable hardware, disk space and backups. Keep copies of important projects before installing updates.

Results and beta limitations

Solver output depends on your inputs, game model, abstraction, settings and convergence. It is not a promise of correct play, profit or any particular outcome. Pre-release software may contain errors, lose data or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Responsibility and consumer rights

You are responsible for your poker decisions and compliance with third-party platform rules. To the extent permitted by law, GTO Solutions LLC is not liable for gambling losses or third-party platform actions resulting from your use of the software. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights and remedies.

Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process account, device and operational information. For support, account closure or privacy requests, email support@holdemsolver.com. You can also find community support on Discord; do not post passwords, access tokens or private account details there.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the software at any time and request account closure. We may restrict or suspend access for security, abuse or material violations of these terms, or discontinue the beta. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and provide notice; urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action. Contact us to ask for a review. Account closure does not remove files stored on your own computer.

Changes and applicable law

We will post revised terms here with an updated date. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated through the website, application or account email as appropriate, and we will seek agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Wyoming law governs these terms except where mandatory laws in your place of residence apply. This does not prevent you from using consumer protections or courts available to you under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
